One of the important technical indicators during the use of radiation tubes is the uniformity of surface temperature along the length direction of gas radiation tubes. To meet this requirement, the mixing intensity of gas and air in the radiation tube should be appropriate. When the heat load of the radiation tube increases, the suction force of the pipeline should be increased; Otherwise, the suction force of the pipeline should be reduced; When the preheating temperature of the air increases, the exhaust suction of the radiation tube should be increased or the gas supply should be appropriately reduced to ensure that the wall temperature of the tube remains basically unchanged and extend the service life of the radiation tube; The high point of pipeline wall temperature should be frequently adjusted by adjusting the exhaust suction of the pipeline to avoid the long-term impact of local high temperature in the pipeline.
