2. Has electrocatalytic function. The electrostatic potential catalytic effect generated by the difference in electronegativity between alloy and liquid components is used to solve the problem of precipitate aggregation in liquids. When an alloy comes into contact with a liquid, the alloy electrochemically changes the components in the liquid (water or oil), resulting in changes in the characteristics of the liquid (such as the tendency of certain components in the liquid to aggregate, the tendency to form precipitates, the number of oxidative free radicals in the oil, etc.). The solid particles in the liquid are suspended or dissolved under its influence, and no longer precipitate or adsorb onto the pipe wall, thus having anti wax and anti scale functions. In the application process, the anti wax device is installed at the lower end of the oil pump. Due to the action of the alloy, the electrochemical properties of the paraffin molecules in the liquid flowing through the alloy tool change.
