1. Has special electrochemical activity. It can effectively inhibit the precipitation, precipitation, and aggregation of certain components in the liquid. Experiments have shown that alloys have a significant effect on preventing the precipitation of diesel and paraffin in water; The downhole test in the oil field shows that the special alloy anti wax device has good anti wax function. In addition, surface water system tests have shown that the alloy has anti scaling function. Therefore, this special alloy can be widely used in surface and downhole operations in oil fields.
 
2. Has electrocatalytic function. The electrostatic potential catalytic effect generated by the difference in electronegativity between alloy and liquid components is used to solve the problem of precipitate aggregation in liquids. When an alloy comes into contact with a liquid, the alloy electrochemically changes the components in the liquid (water or oil), resulting in changes in the characteristics of the liquid (such as the tendency of certain components in the liquid to aggregate, the tendency to form precipitates, the number of oxidative free radicals in the oil, etc.). The solid particles in the liquid are suspended or dissolved under its influence, and no longer precipitate or adsorb onto the pipe wall, thus having anti wax and anti scale functions. In the application process, the anti wax device is installed at the lower end of the oil pump. Due to the action of the alloy, the electrochemical properties of the paraffin molecules in the liquid flowing through the alloy tool change. When the temperature of the liquid decreases during the flow to the ground, the precipitated paraffin molecules are suspended in the liquid as fine crystals and flow out with the liquid, suppressing and preventing the formation of large crystal blocks from condensing on the pipe wall and sucker rod, thus achieving the purpose of anti wax and effectively extending the well cleaning cycle.
